Description
TravelDeet is an insect repellent that is effective against mosquitos, ticks and many other biting flies and insects. The active ingredient in TravelDeet is Diethyl-m-toluamide (DEET) and provides a long-lasting protection of 6-10 hours. TravelDeet is available in a gel (30% deet) or as a spray (40% and 50% deet).
Insects can transmit a variety of diseases, for example, malaria, dengue, and yellow fever. It is important that you protect yourself against insect bites both at night and during the day, by using insect repellent, protective clothing, and a mosquito net.
