TravelSafe Water Filter – Safe and Pure Drinking Water Wherever You Go
In Western Europe and North America, tap water is generally of excellent quality. However, if you travel to other parts of the world, it’s wise to take extra precautions to purify drinking water or use bottled water. Even when venturing into the wilderness, you often don’t have reliable access to clean drinking water. Surface water can be contaminated with microorganisms, bacteria, and viruses—and that’s not the kind of water you want to drink.
How Does It Work?
The TravelSafe water filter uses two filter elements:
Hollow microfiber filter: This filter element purifies the water using microfiber tubes that trap harmful bacteria and protozoa.
Replaceable carbon filter: This filter reduces the presence of chemicals and improves the taste of the water.
Thanks to advanced microfiber technology—based on medical dialysis—water from lakes, rivers, and streams is effectively purified. Water flows through the walls of the microfiber tubes into the hollow core, while harmful bacteria and protozoa are retained on the outside of the tubes.
