These yellow sterile kits are provided with a sterile part consisting of syringes/needles, sterile dressing material, but also suture material. A sterile kit is highly recommended if you are visiting countries with a risk of Hepatitis B/HIV. Examples include Africa, South America and Asia, in short, the (sub)tropics. With this kit you always have your own sterile items with you and you are not dependent on what is available on site.
